We are hiring a Key Account Officer to manage and grow strategic customer accounts in Iloilo , focusing on retail chains, distributors, or corporate clients in the FMCG or non-food industry . This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of trade promotions and account-specific strategies in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned key accounts in the Iloilo area.
- Develop account plans to achieve sales, volume, and growth targets.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Monitor stock levels, order fulfillment, and promotional execution at store level.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance.
- Resolve account-related issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.At least 2–3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in FMCG or retail distribution.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office; experience with sales systems is a plus.Willing to travel within Iloilo and nearby provinces.
