We are seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee and guide our sales team in distributing key accounts. The role involves planning and implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Supervisor will also be responsible for training, motivating, and evaluating sales staff while coordinating with other departments to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach.
Monitor inventory levels, sales orders, and product distribution.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training or coaching.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in distribution or FMCG (grocery products).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
With a valid driver’s license
Willing to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Must be trustworthy, responsible, and goal-oriented.
Must be willing do to field work in Zambales Area
