Role description :

  • Supports pursuit activities such as planning, development of proposal documents for winning purposes, presentations and corporate collateral. Assists pursuit teams with daily proposal needs as well as administrative tasks relating to pursuit work.
  • Work as part of the Pursuit and Sales Enablement Team (PSET) to provide support to the Arcadis business to produce high quality proposals

Role accountabilities :

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :

  • Assist with data and maintenance for the Sales Support Database including researching, updating, and compiling corporate information such as project profiles, CVs and other standard materials for proposals and improvements for the database.
  • Generate formatted documents from the database, provide QAQC and clean-up
  • Assist with proposal formatting in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other tools as needed
  • Work and support Regional and Local Pursuit Teams with the coordination and development of creative, compelling and quality end to end proposal.
  • Assist with typing, formatting, researching, updating, and compiling information such as project profiles, CVs and other information for proposals, spreadsheets, or presentations related to positioning and responding to client requests.
  • Contribute, participate and support continuous process improvement of PSET.
  • Perform other pursuit related administrative tasks as needed
  • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Proficiency with MS Office Application. Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is an advantage.
  • Preferably one year of administrative experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in (Preferrably Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering related etc.) or other relevant field
  • Good english communication skills both verbal and written with strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, high-volume tasks and respond to last minute requests and compressed schedules.
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise commitment and dedication while working independently or with a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify gaps in consistency of a document / task
