About the Role
You’ll provide customer support through chat, email, and occasional calls for local-based clients in the online gaming industry.
Who Can Apply?
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
- Experience in BPO, gaming support, or customer service is an advantage but not required
- At least a Senior High School or High School (old curriculum) graduate
- Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Typing speed of 40 WPM
- Proficient in MS Office and computer navigation
- Willing to work onsite, on shifting schedules, and during holidays
- Trustworthy, team-oriented, and maintains confidentiality
