Job Description

Be part of our client's team as a  Senior Engineer  at Digital Remedy, where you'll take charge of technical aspects, orchestrating projects, and products to perfection. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in defining the technical architecture, ensuring the development team adheres to best practices and coding standards, and making impactful decisions that drive the success of each project.

Work Setup : Permanent WFH

What do you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a Senior Engineer or similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills in languages like Java and JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of Vue.js or other web development frameworks like React, Angular, etc.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of the data ecosystem, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling is a plus.
  • Experience working closely with data scientists and data engineers to develop data-driven solutions is a plus.
  • Experience within the AdTech landscape is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

  • Oversee the technical aspects of projects, including architecture, design, and coding.
  • Build and manage new products and / or capabilities against business requirements.
  • Manage and execute frontend and backend requirements for new products / features, collaborating with PMs, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Be an end-to-end owner of 1-2 products or Apps in the tech ecosystem.
  • Work with product and data stakeholders to drive planning, development, and execution on various product and client initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other engineers, ensuring they follow best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in hiring and mentoring, and provide feedback to other engineers on areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, incorporating new tools and methodologies as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user manuals.
