JOB REQUIREMENTS :

✨ Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

✨ At least 10 above years of experience in Risk and Regulatory role.

✨ At least 10 above years of leadership experience.

✨ Willing to work in Quezon City

✨ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : :

✨Design, establish, and continuously refine the organization’s risk management framework, policies, and operational guidelines.

✨Actively detect, analyze, and track emerging risks across all business areas, ensuring they are thoroughly documented and promptly escalated to senior management and the board.

✨Promote a culture of compliance by ensuring all employees and business functions operate in line with legal, regulatory, and internal governance standards.

✨Perform periodic internal audits and compliance evaluations to confirm alignment with organizational procedures and best practices.

✨ Direct internal compliance audits and risk reviews to assess policy adherence and identify areas for improvement.
