Job Requirements :
Bachelors Degree in any related field.
At least 10 years of experience in Risk and Compliance role.
At least 10 years of leadership experience.

Job Responsibilities :
Create, implement, and maintain the organization's risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
Proactively identify, assess, and monitor potential risks across the organization, ensuring they are appropriately logged and highlighted to senior leadership and the board.
Ensure all company activities and employees adhere to compliance requirements, laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to check compliance with procedures and standards.
