Requirements

1. Job Roles and Responsibilities As a BPO (Voice) Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support through voice channels. You will interact with customers, address their queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key tasks include responding to emails, managing live chats, and handling social media inquiries.
