Job description

Assist in sending requests, initial reviewing, and facilitating of assortment for marketing material prints / softcopies.

Files transmittal forms, ensure ample inventory of marketing materials, manages logbook for lent items, checks quality.

Updates franchisee requests and respond to customer inquiries relating to marketing initiatives.

Documents and checks mileage for sponsorships, brand mentions, social media collaborations, etc.

Works hand in hand with the Opening team in preparing materials needed for new branches.

Prepares presentation materials, BMKN bulletin, marketing materials, marketing plan seeding if needed.

WrItes spiel, captions, letters, and other content / copy related.

Maintains websites and conducts food app aggregator updates according to the schedule.

Upkeeps the repository accounts - social media posts, marketing memos, menu files, etc.

Assists in photoshoots, events, PR seeding, and other marketing activities.

May be assigned related marketing duties from time to time.

Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
