The Role

Overview : This junior role focuses on assisting Advisors and Strategists in executing client engagements while managing individual project components. The ideal candidate will exhibit a keen attention to detail, independence, and a commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assemble runbooks based on predefined scopes of work.
  • Collaborate with Advisors to digest client and advisor-provided information, contributing to the creation of project deliverables.
  • Manage a portfolio of recurring small business clients focusing on technology governance, risk management, cybersecurity, due diligence, technology roadmapping, and budgeting.
  • Engage in client-facing activities, adeptly interacting with stakeholders at various organizational levels across diverse industries.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, account teams, solution architects, and sales teams.
  • Adhere to guidance and blueprints provided by trusted 3rd party research partners.
  • Receive mentorship from senior team members, ensuring continuous professional development.

    • Ideal Profile

    Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Familiarity with frameworks related to project management, business analysis, and IT management is advantageous.
  • Ability to align working hours with the US Eastern time zone initially; flexibility for a + / - 3 hour time zone difference post-onboarding.
  • Comfortable liaising with clients across various industries and seniority levels.
  • A dedicated commitment to service improvement and client satisfaction.

    • Reporting Structure :

    This position reports directly to the Manager of Advisory Services within the Professional Services division.
