Assistant Customer Service - Quezon City

Job Responsibilities :

• Answer and manage customer calls and inquiries
• Provide product information and assist customers with their concerns
• Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing and payments
• Handle and document customer complaints, returns, and feedback
• Coordinate and refer issues to supervisors, managers, or sales personnel as necessary
• Prepare invoices and assist in bidding preparations
• Ensure all orders are accurately processed and delivered on time
• Prepare and submit various reports related to customer transactions and activities
