AU Finance & Accounts Administrator (Remote)

Background

At PeoplePartners, we’re helping one of our long-term clients, a digital solutions powerhouse — find their next Finance Admin Coordinator. If you love clean numbers, tidy inboxes, and being the go-to for all things accounts-related, this is for you.

About the Role

You’ll support finance operations, invoicing, account queries, and system management. You’ll work closely with the team to keep things running smoothly and clients happy.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day finance ops across the business.
  • Issue invoices, chase up overdue payments, and manage account queries.
  • Be the point person for finance-related support.
  • Keep the finance system (Xero) up-to-date and accurate.
  • Spot and suggest ways to improve finance processes.

Requirements

About YOU

  • 2+ years in finance admin or accounts.
  • Xero isn’t new to you — you know your way around it.
  • You’re organized, accurate, and proactive.
  • You enjoy independence but love being part of a supportive team.
  • You communicate clearly — especially when things get tricky.

  • Collaborate with account managers on billing.
  • Solve finance issues before they escalate.

  • Fully remote (WFH), PH-based.
  • Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM Melbourne time.
