This is a remote position.
Schedule :
Responsibilities :
Perform credit repairs for assigned clients using the company's proprietary 4-7 day process
Prepare and submit FTC reports and CFPB claims as needed
Execute check system removal procedures for negative accounts
Conduct client calls to discuss credit repair progress and next steps
Handle administrative tasks related to client account management
Complete client reports and documentation
Follow company-specific processes and guidelines for credit repair procedures
Communicate directly with clients throughout the credit repair process
Requirements
Proven experience in credit repair operations
Knowledge of FTC reporting procedures
Experience with CFPB claims processing
Familiarity with check system removal techniques
Strong communication skills for client interactions
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with credit repair administrative processes
Comfortable working with non-traditional credit repair timelines
