We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. The CSR will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers.
- Assist customers with product information, billing inquiries, and service support.
- Resolve complaints quickly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.Computer literate; familiarity with call center software or tools is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.Minimum of 1 year of GDS experienceStrong communication skillsPreferably with experience in Amadeus and / or SabreWhy Join Us :
