Marketing Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities : 1. Provide marketing support to LBC regions globally, ensuring consistent execution of marketing strategies. 2. Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop and implement localized marketing campaigns. 3. Liaise between global headquarters and regional teams to ensure alignment on marketing plans and brand standards. 4. Assists in the creation of marketing materials, content and digital campaigns tailored for different markets 5. Monitor and report on the performance of global marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations. 6. Support the Digital Assets and Marketing Manager in managing global marketing efforts and thirdparty agencies. 7. Stay updated with regional market trend and competitor activities to enhance marketing strategies. Job Qualifications : ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications Business or related field. ✓ At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to international or multiregional markets ✓ Strong organizational and communication skills to manage cross-regional coordination ✓ Experience in digital marketing, campaign execution and performance analysis ✓ Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment ✓ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
