What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks :
- Provide post-sales customer service and / or troubleshooting support to the client's B2B customers.
- Support advertising customers and deliver consultative support.
- Perform data analysis to improve customer's advertising experience and ensure higher ROI.
- Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer experience.
Who are we looking for?
- Completed at least 2 years in college.
- Must have 6 months B2B experience and 2.5 years of solid customer service or technical support experience in a voice account.
- With at least 3 years of cumulative BPO experience handling voice, email, and chat.
- Preferably with Online Advertising experience.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts).
- Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
