What is your mission?

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks :

  • Provide post-sales customer service and / or troubleshooting support to the client's B2B customers.
  • Support advertising customers and deliver consultative support.
  • Perform data analysis to improve customer's advertising experience and ensure higher ROI.
  • Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer experience.

Who are we looking for?

  • Completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Must have 6 months B2B experience and 2.5 years of solid customer service or technical support experience in a voice account.
  • With at least 3 years of cumulative BPO experience handling voice, email, and chat.
  • Preferably with Online Advertising experience.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts).
  • Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
