JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the creative direction for all production and content-related campaigns (video, photo, product launches, etc.)
Work closely with product teams to craft compelling visual narratives that elevate the brand and speak to the audience
Direct internal and external creative teams, including videographers, editors, stylists, and designers
Stay ahead of cultural and creative trends—bring a trendy, youth-driven lens to every campaign
Deliver feedback with clarity and vision to ensure top-tier execution
Oversee production from concept through to final asset delivery—on time and on brand
Collaborate across marketing, product, and strategy teams to ensure alignment and impact
Maintain a strong pulse on global youth markets and bring culturally relevant ideas to the table
Ensure content is effective across all platforms : digital, social, retail, and experiential
QUALIFICATIONS
2-5 years in a creative leadership or production role (agency, brand, or studio)
Proven experience building visually powerful campaigns with strong storytelling
Ability to speak product fluently and translate features into culture-relevant content
Strong leadership and communication skills—especially in delivering clear, constructive, creative feedback
A pulse on Gen Z and Millennial culture—globally and locally
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving creative environment
Experience managing teams, budgets, and timelines efficiently
Bonus : background in fashion, tech, music, or youth-centric brands
