We’re looking for a young, forward-thinking Production Creative Director who lives and breathes culture, understands trends before they happen, and can speak the language of both product and storytelling fluently. In this role, you’ll lead the creative execution of production campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring every visual and message hits hard and hits right.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the creative direction for all production and content-related campaigns (video, photo, product launches, etc.)
- Work closely with product teams to craft compelling visual narratives that elevate the brand and speak to the audience
- Direct internal and external creative teams including videographers, editors, stylists, and designers
- Stay ahead of cultural and creative trends—bring a trendy, youth-driven lens to every campaign
- Deliver feedback with clarity and vision to ensure top-tier execution
- Oversee production from concept through to final asset delivery—on time and on brand
- Collaborate across marketing, product, and strategy teams to ensure alignment and impactMaintain a strong pulse on global youth markets and bring culturally relevant ideas to the table
- Ensure content is effective across all platforms : digital, social, retail, and experiential
QUALIFICATIONS
1–5 years in a creative leadership or production role (agency, brand, or studio)Proven experience building visually powerful campaigns with strong storytellingAbility to speak product fluently and translate features into culture-relevant contentStrong leadership and communication skills—especially in delivering clear, constructive creative feedbackA pulse on Gen Z and Millennial culture—globally and locallyComfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving creative environmentExperience managing teams, budgets, and timelines efficientlyBonus : background in fashion, tech, music, or youth-centric brands#J-18808-Ljbffr
