Estimator - (Industrial and Mechanical Engineering) - WFH - Mid Shift

The company prides itself on its award-winning products, including a range of high-performance dust extractors, and its mission to make the world a better place to live.   Work Conditions Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps (constant). You’ll be required to use your own laptop.  PHP 80.000 to 100,000 per month. 1 : 00 pm to 10 : 00 pm, Philippines Time, Monday to Friday. Required to work during Philippine Holidays.   Benefits  20 combined SL / VLs per year accrued from day one. Government Mandated Benefits. 13th Month Bonus. 500 PHP Internet Allowance.   About the Role The HVAC Estimator reports directly to the Technical Manager, who is based in the UK. While the primary collaboration will be with UK-based colleagues, the role may involve coordinating with diverse teams, including suppliers and contractors, to support international projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC-related mechanical and electrical systems. Review project briefs and calculate material, labor, and equipment costs. Develop cost plans and budgets to support project bids and proposals. Create and submit detailed project-specific proposals, meeting deadlines. Provide technical advice on HVAC aspects to internal teams and clients. Utilize standardized pricing structures to ensure consistency and accuracy in costs. Experience & Software Previous experience in HVAC estimating or a similar role in the construction industry. Proven ability to prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical and electrical systems. Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations for HVAC systems. Experience collaborating with technical sales teams and project stakeholders. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of project management or proposal tools is a plus. What’s Next? Ready to make a move?
