RESPONSIBILITIES : Oversee and ensure timely and accurate processing of all compensation-related deliverables including timekeeping, payroll administration, incentives processing, allowance processing, etc.Regularly review and conduct comparative studies on the salary scales of all positions to ensure that the employees' compensation remains competitiveConsolidate and ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistent update of salary information and other historical records pertaining to compensationEnsure confidentiality of all compensation-related information and recordsAdminister the HR payroll system and HR employee portal system and ensure regular, timely, and accurate updating of information pertaining to compensationPrepare and process all documents with payroll informationEnsure the timely release of final pay of separated employees by overseeing the entire employee exit process (clearance processing, final pay computation, final pay processing)Assist on other HR activities as necessaryQUALIFICATIONS : Candidate must be a graduate of any four year course preferably Finance-related coursesMust have at least 3 years of HR experience in the field of payroll or compensation and benefitsMust have an experience in preparing salary studiesKnowledge in the use of PeopleCore HR System is an advantageMust be organized and keen to detailsMust be a fast-learner and highly adaptable to a fast-paced work environmentMust be resilient, flexible, and enthusiastic in his / her work
