Job Description

Manage the end-to-end provider enrollment process, ensuring healthcare providers are properly credentialed and enrolled with insurance networks

Conduct thorough reviews of provider documentation, ensuring compliance with credentialing requirements and proactively resolving any discrepancies

Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers and insurance companies, addressing enrollment-related inquiries and facilitating timely resolution

Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider information in databases, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline the enrollment and billing processes.

Job Requirements

Fluent verbal communication for outbound calling

Strong knowledge of the entire range of Payer processes

Basic working knowledge of computers

Knowledge of Healthcare terminology will be an advantage

Willingness to work continuously in night shifts

Qualifications

1-4 Years experience in Provider Enrollment processes for US healthcare customers

Familiarity with popular medical billing software packages will be considered a plus. We will provide training on any client-specific software to be used.
