Truck Supply Site Lead - SPX Express (Meycauayan, Bulacan)

Responsibilities

• Ensure a sufficient fleet of trucks is available to meet daily operational requirements.
• Monitor truck utilization rates and make adjustments to avoid delays or shortages.
• Coordinate with drivers, 3PL management team, and Mid Mile deployment team to optimize truck deployment.
• Develop and manage a scheduling system to allocate trucks for various tasks and routes; ensure timely delivery of goods and manage truck fleet resources effectively.
• Collaborate with other operational teams to accommodate changing demands or unexpected changes in schedules.
• Track and analyze fleet performance to identify areas for improvement; report on key metrics including truck availability, maintenance status, and performance efficiency.
• Recommend improvements or strategies to optimize fleet operations and reduce downtime.
• Understand truck inventory of partners, monitor acquisition of new partners or replacement units.
• Act as the primary point of contact for truck-related issues within the operation and provide regular reports to senior management.
