Job description

We are looking for a results-driven and confident FP&A professionals to play a critical role in guiding business strategy and financial health through their analytical expertise and strategic insights.Responsibilities :

Budgeting and Forecasting : Prepare and manage the annual budget process, including revenue and expense forecasting.

Continuously update forecasts based on changes in the business environment.

Financial Analysis : Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights that can support decision-making.

This may involve analyzing sales performance, cost structures, and other key financial metrics.

Reporting : Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, detailing business performance, key metrics, and trends.

This may also include monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Strategic Planning : Contribute to long-term strategic planning by developing financial models and scenarios that help evaluate potential business opportunities and risks.

Variance Analysis : Conduct variance analyses to identify differences between actual and budgeted performance.

Investigate the reasons for variances and provide actionable insights.

Collaboration : Work closely with various departments (such as accounting, marketing, and operations) to gather information and support cross-functional initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication : Effectively communicate financial insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership and department heads, helping them understand financial implications and support business decisions.

Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Compliance and Controls : Ensure financial practices comply with company policies and applicable regulations, and support internal controls related to financial processes.Requirements : 1.A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

A master's degree, such as an MBA or a master's in finance, is preferred.2.At least 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.3.No less than 5 year experiences in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance is highly valued.4.More than 6 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry.5.Certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).6.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.7.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, develop solutions, and contribute to decision-making.8.Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and build effective relationships with stakeholders.9.High attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in financial analyses and reports.10.Familiarity with financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Knowledge of data visualization tools an be beneficial.
