Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer / Electrical / Electronic Engineering, IT Graduate or a related field Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills 1-3 years working experience in sales and related work. Strong understanding of digital operations, networks, and architectures. Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS / IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection Solid technical knowledge of networking theories and protocols such as TCP / IP, SIP, FTP / SFTP, OSI Model Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are a plus. Strong Lead Generation skills Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Experience with Corporate and Government customers Experience in the telecom industry is a plus Willing to travel to client sites as required; able to work outside standard business hours Fresh ECE Graduate is welcome to apply.
