Scope of the Role

EMAIL + SMS MARKETING : Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end lifecycle of email campaigns. This includes managing the planning, execution, and analysis of email marketing initiatives to ensure engagement, retention, and conversion of subscribers. Will work closely with marketing and design teams to create and implement targeted email strategies that align with overall business goals.

WEBSTORE MANAGEMENT : candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our online store on the Shopify platform. This includes ensuring the website is current, creating and updating pages for product launches, and improving the overall user experience. Will work closely with marketiPlji exng, design, and product teams to support business objectives and drive sales.

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT : candidate will be responsible for acting as an intermediary for email communication, scheduling calls, setting reminders, and handling various administrative tasks. This includes :

• Manage and responding to emails
• Schedule and coordinate calls, meetings, and appointments
• Set reminders and manage calendars to ensure important deadlines and appointments are met
• Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Conduct research and compile information as needed.
• Provide support for special projects and tasks as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
