Job description

Salary : P40,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule : Monday – Friday (08 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required :

  • Experience in project management in either Furniture, Construction, Interior design or Architecture industry.
  • High level of English (written and verbal), for clear and efficient communication with Australian customers and supplier.
  • Can take Project Ownership – from planning to delivery.

  • Prior experience using Buildertrend software
  • What will you do?

    Initial Project Setup

  • Convert job estimate / quote into Buildertrend excel import
  • Job setup in Buildertrend (Project Management Software)
  • Submitting RFQs to Suppliers
  • Submitting RFIs to Customers
  • Facilitating Shop Drawings
  • Reading Floor plans / verifying product take-off
  • Confirming Project Terms and issuing Deposit Invoice
  • Project Executing / Management

  • Scheduling jobs as per Client Programme (If no programme – create one in partnership with the Client)
  • Client Communication - regarding specs, finishes, delivery etc., and variations
  • Supplier Communication - regarding product availability / ETA / lead time etc,., pricing, and efficient logistics (lean management)
  • Issuing Purchase Orders – with detailed Scope of Works
  • Delivery – working closely with Logistics / Installation Supplier to ensure programme is met to 100% quality
  • Project Closing

  • Ensuring job complete to quality (defect free)
  • Collecting Project Documents / Photos from Install Supplier (storing in Job Folder)
  • Submitting Final Claim / Invoice to client - BUILDERTREND
  • Assessing Supplier Invoice – approving / rejecting (notifying supplier) payment - BUILDERTREND
  • Buildertrend Final Job check – PO’s, Invoices, Budget, Margins
  • Project de-brief to the Sales Team
