Job descriptionDaily Transaction Recording – Maintain accurate records of income and expenses.Invoice and Bill Management – Track, organize, and process invoices and supplier payments.Petty Cash Tracking – Monitor cash usage, reconcile petty cash, and ensure proper documentation.Bank Reconciliation Support – Assist in reconciling bank statements and verifying transactions.Payroll Support – Assist in payroll processing, including computing salaries and statutory deductions.Expense Tracking – Monitor business expenses and ensure accurate reporting.Tax Compliance (Admin Work) – Support the preparation and filing of BIR reports and ensure compliance with tax requirements.Ad-hoc Financial Tasks – Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management or the accounting team.Qualifications & Skills :Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, or a related field.At least 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance (fresh graduateswith relevant internship experience may apply).Knowledge of Philippine tax compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) is a plus.Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).Strong skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel.High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Must be willing to relocate to Siargao (accommodation provided).On-site role only (no remote work).What We Offer : - Food on-duty and free accommodation in Siargao.- Career growth opportunities in a growing business.- Hands-on experience in a hospitality-focused business.- Work in a relaxed yet professional island setting.
