Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for the two-way radio / surveillance business across both government and non-government sectors. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of procurement processes in the Philippines and a proven track record to secure high-value contracts through from different market vertical.
Key Responsibilities :
- Driving sales / projects through government agencies, LGUs, and private sector organizations.
- Identify and secure sales opportunities through PhilGEPS and other relevant procurement platforms.
- Prepare and submit bid proposals in compliance with RA 9184 for government projects and follow private bidding protocols for non-government clients.
- Conduct technical presentations tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including BAC and TWG members in the public sector.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and to formulate sales strategies.
Qualifications :
3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years handling government accounts.In-depth knowledge of the Philippine Government Procurement Law (RA 9184).Technical proficiency in the digital mobile radio communication systems.Strong negotiation, documentation, and presentation skills.Demonstrated success in navigating PhilGEPS and BAC processes to secure major contracts.Proven track record in closing sales for both government and private sector communication projects.
