Role Overview :
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage inquiries, and assist patients with their dental-related questions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales 70-100 outbound sales calls per day on average and have experience talking to cold leads and connecting with them based on our lead call process.
- Inbound & Outbound Support : Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on products and services.
- Problem Resolution : Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate complex issues to ensure swift and effective resolutions.
- Data Entry & Record Maintenance : Accurately document customer interactions, update records, and process information according to company standards.
- Customer Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
- Product Knowledge : Stay informed about company products, services, and updates to assist customers accurately and proactively.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to optimize processes, share feedback, and improve customer support standards.
