Job Title : Customer Sales Rep (Call Center)

Location : Remote (Preferred candidates from Philippines)

Salary : $1,000 - $1,400 USD / month

Hours : Flexible

We provide high-quality dental solutions and patient care support. We’re expanding our remote team with skilled Customer Service Representatives focused on delivering exceptional assistance to our clients.

Role Overview :

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage inquiries, and assist patients with their dental-related questions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales 70-100 outbound sales calls per day on average and have experience talking to cold leads and connecting with them based on our lead call process.
  • Inbound & Outbound Support : Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on products and services.
  • Problem Resolution : Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate complex issues to ensure swift and effective resolutions.
  • Data Entry & Record Maintenance : Accurately document customer interactions, update records, and process information according to company standards.
  • Customer Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge : Stay informed about company products, services, and updates to assist customers accurately and proactively.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to optimize processes, share feedback, and improve customer support standards.

Preferred Qualities :

  • Strong empathy, patience, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems
  • Qualifications :

  • Language Skills : English proficiency (C1 / C2 level) required
  • Experience : Background in healthcare or customer service preferred
  • Skills : Exceptional communication and organizational skills
