Job Description
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, HR policies, and letters.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Qualifications
Open for female candidates
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative or HR assistant role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
