JOB REQUIREMENTS

✨Bachelor degree in Human Resource and Psychology

✨With 2 years’ experience in HR in a PEZA registered company

✨With Supervisory is advantage

✨Amendable to work on site in Batangas

✨Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

✨Coordinate and manage the onboarding process.

✨Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.

✨Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company regulations.

✨Update HR policies and employee handbooks.

✨Oversee daily office operations and maintenance.
