Responsibilities :
Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
Plan monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform features, and best practices.
Content Creation & Management
Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories, etc.).
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality assets.
Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across platforms.
Community Engagement
Monitor social channels, respond to comments / messages, and foster community conversations.
Manage social listening to identify opportunities, feedback, and emerging topics.
Build relationships with influencers, customers, and brand advocates.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, growth, CTR, and conversions.
Produce monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Optimize content based on performance data.
Collaboration & Campaigns
Work with marketing, product, and sales teams on integrated campaigns.
Coordinate paid social ads with the digital marketing team.
Support event promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
25 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
Strong understanding of platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).
Skilled in content creation (copywriting, video editing, basic design).
Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
