Job descriptionAt least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (especially in Pharma, Banking, or Financial Services). A Bachelors degree in any course. Great at communicating and negotiating . Proven record of hitting sales targets . Passionate about building relationships and helping people. 25,000 monthly salary plus exciting incentives. HMO coverage for you and up to 2 dependents. Life insurance and retirement plan upon regularization. Leave credits you can convert to cash + special birthday leave . Up to 14th-month pay , attendance bonus, and sales raffle rewards. Mental Health Program to support your well-being. Annual salary increase and performance bonuses . - Find Sales Opportunities : Reach out to new leads, build networks, and ask for referrals.
- Offer Financial Solutions : Present our products in a clear and helpful way that matches clients needs.
