Job descriptionAssists his superior in planning and organizing the overall activities of the Service Department in line with its objective of keeping the company's set quality and standards for regular and special service jobs of elevators and escalatorsAssists his superior in the preparation of contract proposals for newly turned-over projects and old projects without a previous contractAssists in the preparation of the annual maintenance fee adjustmentPrepares and submits correspondence and reports as required by his superiorAssists in the monitoring of the financial status of his departmentReviews and checks any special service proposal made by the Sales Service Engineer or SupervisorAttends to meetings as needed by the clientForecasts and monitors the manpower requirement of his departmentTrains and develops his men to ensure effective performance of their jobs and for personal growthPerforms other service-related tasks that may be assigned by his superior from time to timeGraduate of BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation CommissionMust have at least five (5) years of experience in elevator / escalator servicing works and at least three (3) years of which is in a supervisory capacityMust have excellent communication skills, both in written and oral English and TagalogCan relate effectively to all types of people in the organization and has a strong leadership capabilityCapable of training and teaching people
