Quality Assurance Staff

1. Quality inspects products at the supplier warehouse prior to delivery.

2. Does summary report on inspection and talks to suppliers on the result.

3. Does factory visit to check on products manufactured locally.

4. Assists Product Development Assistant in his functions such as :

a. Coordinates with suppliers on shoe sample requirements.

b. Prepares samples for presentation and selection to include code, materials, cost.

c. Takes notes on instructions / directions on the development of shoe samples.

d. Prepares report on samples selected.

e. Coordinates with suppliers on the details of the development.

f. Monitors progress on the development samples until supplier is able to submit according to requirements.

g. Does purchase order for submission to suppliers.

h. Prepares information on products purchased for pricing.

i. Does marketing sales kit.

j. Updates delivery plans

k. Prepares product needed by the Marketing Assistant and Visual Merchandiser for social media postings.

l. Prepares samples needed by Sales Department for sampling to outright customers.

Job Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, any field but college graduate of any course is an advantage

Must have at least 1-year minimum experience in retail

Must be Computer literate

Has good interpersonal and communication skills

Must be hardworking, honest and people oriented

Can multitask and fast learner

Must be supplier service oriented and with positive disposition

Knows how to perform his job

With pleasing personality

Willing to be work in Mandaluyong
