Role : Data & Technology Manager
Location : Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced analytics reports utilising respective tools (ad servers, web analytics platforms, CleanRooms) to be used for optimisation.
- Deliver audience-based strategies (e.g. rules-based segmentation) for media activation.
- Create custom data-driven attribution models for client digital campaigns.
- Develop client advanced omni-channel measurement solutions such as cross-device, offline-to-online, cross-channel, etc.
- Design & setup A / B tests for implementation with the respective buying teams.
- Utilise log data to build algorithms for media targeting & delivery (e.g. Custom bidding).
- Contribute actionable insights to post-campaign analysis reports for clients.
- Manage project timelines and deliverable schedules, communicate with stakeholders & raise issues with the Analytics Director as required.
- Provide training & support to executives in responsibilities and developing new capabilities to become a future manager.
- Support the Analytics Director with Partner / Vendor management, including internal global teams.
- Participate in any other ad-hoc projects or tasks relevant to the position.
- Build strong working relationships with team, market teams and client teams to deliver success across briefing, booking, setup, optimisation and reporting processes.
Performance Measures
In 3 Months : Understanding of WPP Media Services Data & Tech processes; develop strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
In 6 Months : Obtain accreditation / certifications of relevant technologies; support GMS buying & Campaign Delivery teams; identify opportunities to add value with Reporting & Analytics services.
In 12 Months : Deliver advanced analytics projects across key client campaigns; build models improving ROAS across GMS buying activity.
Required Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude)
1-2 years of experience in a people management or supervisory role.Thorough understanding of online marketing (search, social & programmatic) & digital media metrics.Proven ability to extract insights from data and present findings.Advanced dashboard / visualisation capabilities (Tableau, Datorama, PowerBI).Strong SQL experience with at least one major DBMS (SQLServer, MySQL, or Postgres).Exposure to Front-end web development (HTML, CSS).Exposure to Web API development (PHP, Java, C#, Python, cURL).Experience with media data within ad servers (CM360, Sizmek), DSPs (DV360, TTD) and clean rooms (ADH preferred).Experience with web and app analytics platforms (GA360, AA, Firebase, Appsflyer, Kochava).Highly organized, detail-oriented, QA-focused with demonstrated project management capabilities.Ability to work in a cross-functional team and also problem solve independently.Life at WPP Media & Benefits
