We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Vendor Management Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Accounting, you will be responsible for vendor communication and management across all company spending. In this role, you will ensure compliance with company standards for all vendors and be comfortable building and updating complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
This role will be working from home permanently and during U.S. business hours.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Partners with the Senior Director to ensure Accounts Payable processes are executed according to best practices.
- Execute vendor set-up in Tipalti & Dynamics and ensure vendor user compliance.
- Includes owning vendor changes in Tipalti and D365 (i.e. contact info and banking)
- Reviewing and ensuring that the documents they are uploading are accurate and match.
- Own internal and external communication regarding vendor status.
- Streamline vendor upload processes, identifying and addressing user non-compliance and software issues.
- Maintain DYN vendor account data up-to-date with active accounts to assist in accurate reporting.
Requirements
Experience with vendor SL contact terms and AP form compliance (ie tax forms, banking instructions)You have proficient computer skills.
