Onsite – SM Strata, Iloilo City
Shifting Schedule | Immediate Start
Full-Time
Qualifications :
Educational Background :
Completed at least 2 years in college
With a minimum of 6 months BPO international voice experience
Skills & Competencies :
Strong English communication skills (B2 level)
Customer service-oriented
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Work Requirements :
Willing to work onsite
Amenable to shifting schedules
Can start immediately
15% Night Differential
HMO on Day 1 (with 1 free dependent)
Paid Sick Leave & Vacation Leave
13th Month Pay
Company-sponsored trips or retreats
