Job Roles and Responsibilities :

Role Overview : To evaluate, design, implement information technology systems and solution to meet business, organization and technical requirement.

• Act as a liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams Supports and administers enterprise applications including implementation, installation, configuration, and developing concepts and documentation.
• Helps create requirements and detailed specifications and works according to those requirements and specifications.
• Assist in the implementation, support, and troubleshooting of SAP systems to ensure smooth business operations.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Configure, test, and deploy SAP modules.
• Provide first-level support for SAP issues.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to analyze business requirements.
• Conduct user training and create documentation. Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
