Responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact for application-related issues and service requests.
Investigate and resolve application errors, data discrepancies, and performance issues.
Monitor system performance and logs to proactively identify problems.
Escalate complex issues to development or vendor support teams when needed.
Assist in the testing, deployment, and documentation of software updates and patches.
Required Skills :
Degree in technology, software engineering or related quantitative field
More than 5 years of experience in similar role, preferably in technology and / or financial
industry
Proficient in relational databases (SQL Server / PostgresDB)
Experience in cloud services such as AWS (certification is a plus)
Experience with incident and problem management
Experience in programming languages such as Java and / or Python is a must have
Knowledge Snowflake is a plus
Knowledge in Business Intelligence tools (Qlik) is a plus
Proficiency with collaboration and project tools like Jira, Confluence
Good understanding or have gained experience on at least one common Enterprise Agile
Framework e.g., Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM, etc. (certification is a plus)

This position will be working with content technology enterprise that provides data services, subject matter expertise (SME), and technology solutions.
Working Set-up : Hybrid
Mondays to Fridays.
