Job description
  • Maintain and update product listings, attributes, pricing tiers, and discount structures on Shopify and marketplaces.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images.
  • Monitor and correct discrepancies in product data, inventory levels, and pricing.
  • Support the launch of new products and campaigns, ensuring digital shelves are fully optimized and current.
  • Manage product setup, collections, navigation updates, and content blocks using Shopify 2.0.
  • Implement and maintain Shopify apps for SEO, reviews, upselling, and performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure promotional content is reflected on the website.
  • List and optimize products on Amazon (primarily USA), eBay, and other global e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and conversion tracking to enhance visibility and sales performance.
  • Manage product compliance and moderation to meet Amazon and international marketplace guidelines.
  • Support product feed uploads via bulk tools and APIs where applicable.
  • Coordinate with dropshipping suppliers to ensure accurate product mapping, order fulfilment, and delivery tracking.
  • Monitor supplier performance, out-of-stock issues, and delivery SLAs.
  • Resolve order issues, refund processes, and customer inquiries related to dropshipping items.
  • Support the marketing team in publishing and managing blog content to improve SEO performance.
  • Assist in keyword planning, meta descriptions, tagging, and internal linking strategies.
  • Coordinate upload schedules, image sourcing, and basic formatting of blogs on Shopify or CMS platforms.
  • Track key ecommerce metrics (conversion rates, bounce rates, abandoned cart recovery, etc.).
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports to highlight trends, wins, and areas for optimization.
  • Recommend changes to improve sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with other ecommerce and marketing-related administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide team support during peak periods, launches, or promotional activities.
  • Remain flexible to take on new responsibilities aligned with evolving team and business needs.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Ecommerce, Digital Business, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce coordination or product management roles.
    • Certification in SEO, digital marketing, ecommerce, or Shopify platform administration is highly regarded.
    • Familiarity with dropshipping platforms (e.g., Oberlo, Spocket, DSers) and international shipping / tax considerations is desirable.
    • Proficiency in Shopify (2.0), including experience with Liquid, Shopify apps, and back-end admin panel.
    • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and other international marketplace platforms.
    • Familiarity with feed optimization tools and ecommerce integrations (e.g., Zapier, API plugins).
    • Comfortable using Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and CMS tools for blog administration.
    • Proven track record managing a product catalogue of 100+ SKUs across multiple platforms.
    • Experience with Amazon USA marketplace and international ecommerce operations.
    • Exposure to dropshipping models, supplier coordination, and product lifecycle management.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from performance data.
    • Excellent communication and copywriting ability for product and blog content.
    • Attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
    • Ability to multitask, manage competing deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
