About the Role :
We are seeking a Bilingual Pre-Litigation Paralegal with experience in personal injury law to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities in both English and Spanish, and experience handling pre-suit cases from intake through demand. A background working with Georgia State Court cases is highly preferred.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities : Open and set up new insurance claims with relevant carriers. Request and obtain medical records, bills, and police reports. Review and summarize medical documentation and accident reports. Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters in English and Spanish. Draft correspondence, demand letters, and pre-suit documentation. Maintain accurate and organized case files and client records. Monitor case progress to ensure timely completion of tasks. Coordinate with attorneys to support the preparation of demand packages. Handle general pre-litigation tasks to move cases efficiently toward settlement. Assist in other administrative or legal support duties as needed. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements : Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Minimum 2 years of experience as a pre-litigation or personal injury paralegal. Experience or familiarity with requesting medical records. Familiarity with Georgia personal injury law and state court procedures preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, case management software, and online research tools. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional, reliable, and client-service oriented.
