Property Accountant

Property Accountant involves managing the complete financial cycle of the property, such as Financial Reporting and Analysis, General Accounting and Reconciliation, and Budgeting and Compliance. He / She is primarily responsible for the preparation and analysis of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. This includes the execution of the month-end close process, posting of journal entries, and reconciling all bank and general ledger accounts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, finance, or a related field Technical Skills
• Certified Public Accountant is a PLUS but not required
• Knowledge and Experience with software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is essential.
• With at least 2- 3yrs experience in general accounting, with a preference for direct experience in property or real estate accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas, and data anaylysis
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and real estate-specific financial concepts.
