In-house Customs Broker

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an In-house Customs Broker. The position is located in Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone. The Customs Broker will be responsible for managing all import and export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, preparing and processing customs documentation, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include interfacing with customs officials, coordinating shipments, advising on tariffs and duties, resolving any issues related to customs clearance, and keeping up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customs Brokerage, Import, and Export
• Experience in International Trade and related compliance
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone
• Familiarity with relevant software and technology tools
• License Customs Broker
• Having a managerial experience is advantageous
