Execute global flow requirement to ensure customers satisfaction
- Ensure continuous needs / resources balance (MRP) availability of raw materials, components and sub-assemblies and finish good.
- Check the accuracy between operational work and MPS decisions and react accordingly
- Daily action regarding MRP messages) and escalated when repeatable issues
- Actively participate to SIM cycle 2
- Respond to the customer needs coming from the CCC's through the Customer Claim Management Process
- Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of the manufacturing and purchase orders)
- Manage the back order portfolio, the shortage and to take actions to insure the availability of product
- Analyze stock discrepancies and perform adjustments.
- Qualifications
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position specializing in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Familiar and has used SAP (or other ERP software), understanding of MRP, Procurement
- Familiar and has collaborated with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Planning
- Microsoft office tool : Excel (beyond basic), Good communication skill, Negotiation skill
- Self starter and has the drive to continuously innovate
- Willing to work in Rosario, Cavite and any schedule given
