Job Description

As a Loan Reviewer , you will ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan closing documents, validate borrower and property details, organize and index documents, track disclosure timelines, and coordinate with third parties for missing files.

Job Overview

Employment Type : Full-time

Shift : Night Shift (Mon - Fri, 10 : 00 PM to 07 : 00 AM), Weekends Off

Work Setup : Onsite, Makati City

Your Daily Tasks

  • Validate the accuracy of closing documents, including borrower information, property details, signatures, and dates.
  • Index documents to their designated placeholders.
  • Review disclosure tracking to verify the validity of signature dates and disclosure timelines.
  • Reach out to third parties to request missing or incomplete documents and follow up as needed.
  • Update loan status accurately through the internal communication log.
  • Prioritize pipeline reviews based on loan type.
  • Assist the team with additional tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain a proactive approach, demonstrating leadership, dependability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • No mortgage background required—new graduates are welcome .
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to US mortgage processes .
  • Willing to work onsite at the PNB Building, Makati.
  • Ability to work shifting schedules (morning / graveyard).
  • Available to render overtime, work on PH holidays, and weekends if needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
