Job Summary :
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline connection between the company and its clients. Your role is to provide excellent service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities :
