Responsibilities

• Quality assurance of client-facing documents, including proposals and methodology literature, to ensure the proposed solution meets client requirements and delivers the necessary client deliverables (documents are highly technical).
• Liaise with Solution Design Team members to agree on deliverables as part of the formal internal sign-off process (QA) or influence changes based on evidence.
• Triage client requirements to ensure the correct resource is assigned to support technical scoping opportunities.
• Gather information and ensure a comprehensive scope of requirements is understood and can be communicated back to the customer (e.g., a technical scoping document).
• Work across a range of clients in a centralized manner to provide technical solution support to multiple opportunities, with potential to align to high-value accounts for in-depth knowledge and relationships.
• Act as an escalation and support contact for delivery consultants when they engage with customers in a solutions capacity.
