Recruitment Intern

About the role :

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support in maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding activities (as applicable).
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment associate.

Course : Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management and any related field.
