Job description

Key Responsibilities : 1. Develop Store Layouts and Visual Displays :  Create, implement, and update visual merchandising plans that align with seasonal trends, salesdata, and inventory levels. Ensure displays are consistent with the brand's image and create an immersive, welcomingcustomer experience. Adjust store layouts and product placements to maximize space utilization and enhance productvisibility.2. Analyze Sales Data to Inform Merchandising Strategy :  Review sales performance data to make strategic decisions about product placement and floorlayouts. Utilize consumer behavior insights to develop merchandising strategies that increase foot trafficand conversion rates.3. Monitor Competitor Merchandising Strategies :  Stay up-to-date with visual merchandising trends within the retail apparel and fashion industry. Regularly assess the visual merchandising strategies of competing brands and provide reports ontheir effectiveness.4. Collaborate with Store Operations :  Work closely with the Store Operations Department (SOD) to ensure smooth implementation ofvisual merchandising strategies across all retail locations. Partner with store management teams to align operational efficiency with visual merchandisinggoals.5. Develop Signage and Promotional Materials :  Design and oversee the creation of in-store signage, product labels, and promotional displays thateffectively communicate brand identity and product information. Ensure consistency in design across all store locations.6. Implement Training Programs :  Develop and conduct training programs for store personnel and Visual Merchandisers to ensurethey understand and maintain high visual standards. Provide continuous guidance to staff on effective product presentation and visual merchandisingtechniques.7. Merchandising Strategy Implementation :  Execute and implement visual merchandising plans in line with product launches, promotions, andseasonal changes. Ensure compliance with brand standards and aesthetic guidelines across all stores.8. Humanize the Shopping Experience :  Focus on creating a welcoming and emotionally engaging customer environment throughthoughtful product placement, lighting, and décor. Adapt visual strategies to make the shopping experience more personalized and human-centered.Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or arelated field. 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising within the retail fashion or apparel industry. Proven track record in managing multiple stores or large-format retail spaces. Strong sense of design and aesthetics, with an ability to translate brand identity into visualelements. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and visualmerchandising tools. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments andtrain staff. Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines. Onsite Work (Face-to-face ONLY)
